Mike handles most problems. He is an Engineering Manager, so also handles most electronic questions.

Henry handles ultrasonic/acoustic questions, also sonochemistry and cavitation questions. He also runs our Transducer Department.

Carol is a Chemist, and also handles Offsite Sales, and Tradeshows.
